Exporting using Access2000 runtime

I have a database with a small piece of vba code to export
a query (only a few rows) to a text file. This works fine
on a full copy of Acc2k but not using runtime?

Any suggestions welcome. It seems a simple requirement so
I hope there is a way of doing it.
