If you are consistently using the Custom Properties/Shape Data and Text, and
connecting shapes in a valid way, eg, no circular relationships and always
beginning and ending connectors in the same direction, then you have a
chance of writing code to export to Project.
Also, what do the functional bands represent?
How do you expect the different flowchart shapes to manifest in Project?
