Expose "To" upon Appt form open

I want to expose the "To" field of an appointment when it is opened - the same thing as would happen if the user were to click the "Invite Attendees" button at the top of an appointment. Does anyone know how I would go about doing this

I figured out how to do it.

1- Open the Appointment form I wish to modify.
2- Press the "Invite" button to expose the "TO" box.
3- Goto Tools/Forms/Design This Form.
4- Tools/Form/Publish.

The form now comes up with the "To" box exposed...
