Expression Box - Bold part of text

I have an expression box with test in it:

"Directions: Do this. Do That"

Is there a way to bold the word "Directions" and not the rest of the
text without having to create multiple expression boxes?

Why don't you use a Rich Text Box to do this?

Sorry, I left one part out.. my text above "Do this. Do that" is a
FIELD.

My expression box contains:

concat("Directions: ", field1)

I want "Directions:" to be bold and the field not bold.
