Hi Clive:

Here you go.

lt.aspx?pm=pid%3a65%7CLk:t

Go to his place and log him on from there, so he burns his bandwidth instead
of yours :) Take a re-writeable CD with you if he hasn't got one. The
download arrives as an .iso file. The simplest thing to do is to simply
burn the damn thing onto a CD and install from there.

Otherwise, there's an application named ISOBuster you can download that
enables you to mount an ISO as if it "were" a CD. The free version enables
installation from within an ISO, the paid-for version enables you to extract
the files to a folder.

You "can" get these down from a Mac, but it's a lot easier to get it down
from Windows. In Windows you can allow it to install a "Download Manager"
that makes the download restartable and more robust if it dies.

This one is only 211 MB. Make sure you copy the installation key somewhere
when you get to the page.

Cheers

As I am sure you all worked out, that was NOT supposed to go to the public
news server :) For those who want to try it, relax: the instructions
contained in it will work only if you currently own a subscription to the
Enterprise version of MSDN :)

Sorry if I raised any hopes :)
