extend a key field length

Hi,
I am working on Access2002. I want to extend the length of a key field.
However, this field has a lot of relationship with other tables. What should
I do to eliminate the chances of mass up all data?

hi,
you have to remove all relations, then extend field length in all tables,and
then put relations back
