Extend appointment times for cleaning and setup of meeting rooms.

In Outlook 2007, Is it possible to have added time to meeting room times for,
cleanup and setup of specific resources? People will book meeting times and
not consider the meeting rooms require setup, and tear down prior to their
meetings.
