Hi,
As long as I can remember, I have practiced a basic time management
system. Way back then, I used to start each day by making a schedule,
pinpointing exactly which jobs I had to do and how long time I should
spend on each.
Later, I started utilizing Entourage's calendar as I could make it
remind me when it was time to put one job aside and start with another.
But I'm looking for a way to extend this. If I can find some add-on to
Entourage, that would be best. But if there's some stand-alone software
out there that's able to do what I want, that's OK too.
What I want is not just a calendar with reminders as with present
Entourage. On my wish list, I also have the ability to have an "account"
for each client and/or job, and to take the schedule input and use for
billing which also should be done with the program. If I can add
unscheduled entries fast and simple, e.g. when a client calls and I
spend an hour on phone, that would be perfect.
Are there any add-ons for Entourage that can do this? Or any other
suggestions?
TIA
Jonny
