Extend Header Graphic to Edge of Page

In Word 2007, I have an image I want to use as a banner in the header. I want
it to extend all the way to the left and right edges of the page and to the
top edge of the page. No matter what I try, there is still white border area
around the image. I can't get it to extend to the edges of the page.

I've tried selecting Align to Page and Align to top and all of that, but it
still doesn't work. Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks for your answer. That helps. Apparently my print driver is forcing .16
margins all around. Do you think that means there is no way to override this
and get all the way to the edge of the page??

Some printers -- mainly those marketed as "photo printers" -- have a
setting that allows printing to the edges. This setting will be found
in the dialog you get by clicking the Properties button in Word's
Print dialog. Check the printer's instructions to find out where to
look in that dialog, if it has the capability.
