I want to send an email back to the sender automatically when I am away form email access for a period of time. Can I set up an extended absence message with entourage?

I want to send an email back to the sender automatically when I am
away form email access for a period of time. Can I set up an extended
absence message with entourage?

You can use Tools --> Rules... to create a reply to all messages you
receive, however, this requires Entourage to be running all the time for
the senders to receive your response right away.

Check with your E-mail service provider to see if they offer online
access to your account using a web browser. If they do then they
probably also offer the ability to set a message on your mail server.
This would reply immediately without the need for Entourage to be running.
