Extended Attribute for task using Project Server 2003 SOAP API

I am trying to find out the SOAP message that I need to pass to get custom
fields that we have associated with tasks. ProjectData gives me a list of
all of the tasks associated with my project, but I can't find any way to get
the extended custom fields that we have associated with the tasks.
