Extending invoice field

Thalia

Hello all--

I'm an artist and very new to Excel. (When I say very new, I mean I first
booted it up yesterday.) I'm quite familiar with other programs (mostly
artsy types like Photoshop or Dreamweaver), so I do consider myself fairly
computer literate. All I want to do right now is print out an invoice for a
customer. I found the invoice template just fine and was able to customize
it fine as well, but I can't figure out how to make the item list any
longer--my customer is ordering about 30 different products and I cannot for
the life of me get it to extend onto the 2 or 3 pages it will need. I'm sure
it must be fairly simple--businesses handle large orders all the time--but
I'm new to this and I'm afraid I don't even know what the proper names for
all the parts of the layout are, so I'm having a terrible time even asking
this question, never mind finding an answer. Please help! Even just the
proper name of what I'm trying to do would be a big help, as then I can
narrow my search down. Thanks!

I'm using Excel 98 on a Mac system 9.2. (Can you tell this business stuff
is new to me?)

Thank you for any help.

Blessings,
Thalia

That template is owned by Village Software. You can contact them at

http://www.villagesoft.com/

Using XL04, I was able to increase the number of rows by selecting cells
in a column (not including the 1st and last rows of that section, then
choose Insert/Rows.

The template is set to scale to 1 page, so to get it to print on
multiple pages, choose File/Page Setup, and change the scaling in the
Page tab.
