extensions are on forms still won't work

Finally got FP to open the server by uninstalling and re installing the
extensions.
I can see my files on the left, the files on the remote server at right. So
I think the extensions are now installed or that would not work? Is that
correct?

When I try and revise the form, I still get an error.
I created a file to send results, I made it in Excel as csv format. This is
what I used on a previous site with success.
I put the results file in the _private folder.
I am trying to enter the email address to send the results, if I choose OK
after that I get an error, saying the web is not configured to send email
would I like to remove the email info? I have tried saying no, saving the
page, upload the new page to the server.
Forms still do not work.

can someone advise me how to fix this??

Well I figured it out myself
but the solution in case any one has the same issues
re-installed extensions (again) at the server
went into FP using the remote website properties, deleted everything in the
folder
ignored the warning about the email not working
re-published ALL the pages and pictures
