Extensions missing but there?

How can I get my Frontpage Extensions working?

I have IIS installed as part of W2K Professional. My web page runs fine
(www.mydad.dynu.com), however I can't develop anything into the webpage that
uses Frontpage Extensions, even though Frontpage extensions are installed.

Whenever I add a web page that requires Frontpage extensions into my 'web' I
can publish the web, but I can't run it live. When I access it live it
always responds with the 'nortbots.htm' Frontpage error display saying that
I'm using something that requires Frontpage extensions but don't have them
installed. Yet I can open the Internet Services Manager, right-click on my
web, go to TASKS, and it says 'REMOVE SERVER EXTENSIONS'. Obviously the
Internet Services Manager believes that the extensions are installed (that's
because I used the same 'TASKS' menu to install them previously!).

I can also do a TASKS ~ CHECK SERVER EXTENSIONS, and it says everything is
OK.

So what is the problem here? The only thing that I am doing odd is I'm
publishing to disk (to ensure that everthing is fine before going live),
then I copy the webpages and images over to my live disk area in
\Inetpub\wwwroot. I use the same "C:\" hard drive for everything though.

When I try to publish directly to the C:\INETPUB\WWWROOT (ie: my live site)
I get a message saying that Frontpage Extensions aren't installed.

How can I get them installed properly? I've tried removing them, rebooting,
adding them back, rebooting, etc, but no luck.

Thanks in advance,
Tom Edelbrok
