external data from email

i have an Excel spreadsheet that is received as an email attachment on a daily basis. the email is always from the same person, always has the same subject and the attachment always has the same name. is there a method i can use to get the data from the spreadsheet and into my access database table directly from the email without saving the attachment to the network first?
