First of all, I am a network admin at a bank. I'm pretty green in the field
at this point and haven't had alot of experience with Outlook.
Anyway, I have a user who is having trouble sending and recieving external
email. She says that when someone from an external address tries to send her
an email, they get a message saying that the email could not be delivered.
When she tries to send mail to an external address she gets no notification
that the email didn't go through, however the recipient never recieves her
email.
