Dear All,
I have a big workbook which has been linked to external excel files on
the network. I have been working on the file for the past one month.
Yesterday morning when I tried opening the file, I received the
following message -
Cannot find 'F:\MyDocuments\Clients\DBR-31.12.00\SPK
Formats\[FORMSRK.XLM]FORMSRK'$A$, which has been assigned to run each
time [BS.xls]CF is opened. Continuing could cause errors. Cancel
opening [BS.xls]CF?
BS refers to the excel file name that I am working on and CF is a
worksheet in the said file.
Please note that I never linked to any file with the said name. Also in
the command Edit-links displayed no such file!!
To rectify the error, I tried the following:
1. Recheck that no macro is present in the Workbook modules including
sheets and
2. Break all the external links and convert them into values, so as to
avoid any chances of error caused due to the same.
However even now I am getting the same error. Can anyone help?
