External program is trying to send a mail

When i try to send an autogenerated mail from another application Outlook
2003 displays a warning that an external program is trying to send a mail. Is
there any way to disable the message?

Not unless you're the Exchange administrator. See

"object model guard" security in Outlook 2000 SP2 and later versions.
