I have a report with the following sections: Page Header, PersonID
Header, Detail Section, PersonID Footer, Page Footer.
The visibility of various controls on this report is controlled by a
form where the user chooses options of what information to display.
Since the option "contact information" affects many controls on the
report, I have put all of those into the detail section, and all other
options into the PersonID Footer.
The problem is that objects are not shrinking properly on the PersonID
Footer ... but only on the first record. So the first person's report
has a bunch of white space which the subsequent person's does not.
I cannot think of what could be causing this. Anyone have any ideas? I
have triple-checked all the controls in the Person ID Footer and they
are all set to can grow = Yes, can shrink = Yes.
Cheers,
Diane
