Extra cell when publishing tables in FP 2002

My users are developing pages in fP98 - when I publish to
the live site using FP2002 the following happens with
certain tables.

The page to be published has a table with bullets(theme)
The page looks fine in the browser. When the page is
published with 2002 an extra cell is added??? so the
table reads - bullet - Extra added cell?? - cell with
content.

I have no idea how this can happen - is there a fix? See

So FP2002 reads the FP98 code - see's the bullit list and
changes it to it's own formatting ie. inserts a 2 column
table. this is causing me a lot of hassles!

what's the best way to publish the page without this
happening?

You really do not have any options, as Themes and other FP components are
handled differently in newer versions of FP, so as you upgrade, the themes
and other FP components will be adjusted to the new versions way of handling
them.
