Our orgainzation is preparing to move from our own exchange server on site
to Exchange hosted by Microsoft.
In implementing this move we are having all users move their email to their
personal folders and also copying their contacts and calendars to their
personal folders.
Several users have had the first attempt at copying calendar, contacts or
both give them an empty folder in their personal folder, so they repeated
the proceedure with success, however, there are now two calendars and/or
contacts lists in their personal folder and one of them (the first one that
was unsuccessful) cannot be deleted (delete option is greyed out).
This is more of a nuisance than a problem, but does anyone have any
suggestions as to how to get that stray contacts or calendar folder out of
there?
I hope I do not have to export, emails, contacts and calendars, blow away
their Outlook profile, recreate it and re-import all three.
