extra install - legal?

I have heard that, with a single license, you may install Microsoft Office
XP two computers provided that one is a laptop and one is a desktop. Is
this true?

If so, may you run the application on both computers simultaneously?

Thank you.

If the version of Office is a retail boxed version it may be installed on
both a notebook and a desktop PROVIDED both are owned and operated by the
same person and NOT used similtaneously.

I believe Cari is correct, but does the license really prevent simultaneous
use by the same person?
