Extra large photo attachments

How can I limit contacts from sending me extra large photo attachments. I
thought I previously was able to create a rule to prevent this but now cannot
find it. Any help is appreciated.

You can't stop people from doing that. You can tell Outlook to only download
the header of messages over a certain size. That way you can delete the ones
you don't want. Check here: Tools menu > Send/Receive > Send/Receive
Settings > Define Send/Receive Groups > Highlight a group and click Edit

Vince, I have done as directed. I suppose the other sensible thing is to tell
the recipient (politely) I'm not ireally nterested in their entire family
album but I didn't want to offend. It's that or have my mailbox clogged and
meg allowance used up fast. Thanks so much for your prompt reply, Regards,
Libby.
