Some incoming plain text messages seem to gain several pages of extra blank
lines. I have the "Remove extra line breaks in plain text messages" option
activated, but to no avail. It doesn't happen with all plain text messages -
just some. And it seems to be most prevalent with certain senders. The
extra line breaks always follow the message text, so when reading on screen,
it doesn't bother me. However, the problem becomes very annoying when I
print such an email and get several unwanted blank pages following the text.
Any thoughts on how to avoid this situation? Why is Outlook not
automatically removing these line breaks as it should?
