extra mailbox

Hi All,
I try to join an exta mail box.
But I get the message Name unknown. Can't execute the function.
Does somebody what this means.

Care to be any less vague? Try posting your Outlook version, account type,
and EXACTLY how you're trying to "join an extra mailbox". Include the exact
text of any errors that occur.
