Extra Spaces Within Text

I have a couple of users that will be typing along and they look back a
what they typed and there are spaces inserted in the middle of a word.
They are sometimes able to go back and delete and retype the word an
then it sometimes still inserts a space in the word. Any suggestion
on how to correct this?

Could be an autocorrect entry
