Extra text appearing in email signature - why??

prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

This information is occuring in an email signature that was cut and pasted
from Word and pasted into an outlook signature. What is it and how can I make
it go away?
