Extract/download data from outlook calendar?

I am currently looking to create a program that will download data from
outlook calendar into excel by either a manual sync method or automated
program. For example, i have sales reps that i would like to see their
weekly calendar activity and not have to request it everytime. Can anyone
point me in riht direction...company name of person that may be able to
assist. thanks
