extract objects from visio

hi,
is there a way to extract embedded objects from a visio document and
save them physcialy.example i have inserted an object(word document) in
my visio page.
I need to extract that object and save it on my desktop.

Select the object, right click, at bottom of menu choose Document Object >
Edit.

That brings up the object's native application. Then you can do Save Copy
or Save As.
