Extract OLE Attachments from Journal Items?

I need to loop through a folder of Journal items, extract the mail
attachment (OLE format) and save the item to a public mail folder.

It seems that Outlook only supports saving Journal attachments to disc. Can
somebody please let me know if there is ANY method to get attachments from
Journal items and save them to a public folder?
