Hello,
I'm trying to create a template for software test plans, and I would like
some automation for this. I want to group tests into functionally related
suites. For example TESTGROUP A and TESTGROUP B. In such a group several
testcases might exist like TESTGROUP A TESTCASE 1, TESTGROUP A TESTCASE 2,
TESTGROUP A TESTCASE 3 a.s.o
I would like this to be lined up like
TESTGROUP A
TESTGROUP A TESTCASE 1
TESTGROUP A TESTCASE 2
TESTGROUP A TESTCASE 3
TESTGROUP B
TESTGROUP B TESTCASE 1
TESTGROUP B TESTCASE 2
TESTGROUP B TESTCASE 3
Now I would like to be able to copy a testcase from TESTGROUP A to TESTGROUP
B, without having to manually change anything for things to look alright.
I figured that I could simply make the testgroup a heading, and then
reference the heading text. But how do I do that? Having to manually insert
a crossreference is not what I want. When I copy from one testgroup to
another I would have to change the crossreference. Does anybody have an idea
?
Thanks in advance
