extracting charts for commercial printing

What's the best way you've found to extract charts from a MAC Office
version of Excel and convert them to EPS, TIFF or another format for use in
MAC layout programs such as PageMaker or InDesign which will be used for
commercial printing (files at 300 dpi)?

Hi Bob,

In Excel X I use screen shots. You can use the Zoom feature to make the
charts larger before taking the screen shot, which effectively increases the
dpi
