Extracting Comments with paragraph and list numbers.

I have a document template that has the list numbers (i.e. 1, 1.1,
1.1.1, 2, 2.1,2.1.1.....) I have the code to extract the comments,
get the header for the nearest outline level, but haven't been able to
get the 1.1.1 type numbers for the outline header. I can get the
outline level, but not the 1.1.1 type numbers. Any thoughts or
ideas. Thanks.
