extracting data

I have a workbook with 5 worksheets. I want to extract
data from sheet one into the other worksheets. For example
if o99 of sheet one is "X" then I need all data from row
99 (column a - q) to be placed on sheet a row 1 a-q; then
if "X" is also in o105 I need it to go to sheet a row 2 a-
q. Also to make it more complicated (in my mind). if o100
is "Y" all that rows data need to go to sheet b.Is this
possible and how?
