Extracting Database Properties from an Entity

I'm trying to write an add-in that will extract the Database Properties from an Entity object in a Databse Model. All I can find about the "Database Properties" section is that it is implemented as an Action, along with the "Related Tables" action

Does anyone know how I can extract the Database Properties like "Physical Name", "Columns" etc

Thanks in advance for any suggestions at all
