Extracting documentation from models

Hi,
I'm using Visio 2000 to document UML modelizations of a
Web project.

I'm wondering how we can extract documentation from the
models now ? I have to produce documents that refer to
Visio content. So, i would need to generate reports based
on these informations even in an ascii format i don't mind.
