I'm designing a project with InfoPath forms in a SharePoint form library. I'm
trying to design it so that it will be easy to maintain (so I don't have to
be involved forever).
Is there an easy way to get e-mail addresses based on user roles, either
from InfoPath or from using the User Info list in SharePoint?
If it's not possible, I'm thinking I'll use the Contact list as a store for
e-mail addresses. That way maintenance can be done through SharePoint, and
the e-mail addresses can be pulled in through Infopath via a secondary data
connection.
