Extracting email address from my PST file?

Hi all -

Can someone please point me to some freeware which will allow me to
extract all email address in my PST file? I'm looking to make a list
of all addresses hidden in email threads as well as those "remembered"
in the To, Cc and Bcc fields and dump it out to an excel file or
notepad.

I know of software I can buy, but as this is just a one-off, I really
don't want to buy something.

I'm running Outlook 2003.
