Extracting records that meet multiple criteria

I'm looking for a way to extract records that meet
multiple criteria in a spreadsheet I use. I want to
track when the last time service was performed on
multiple pieces of equipment. Is there any way that I
can do this in Excel 2000? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

You are a bit frugal with info. Yes there are ways to extract record that
meet multiple criteria.
You can use formulas, VBA, autofilter, advanced filter and pivot tables..
