I am trying to extract Service Pack 2 for Visio and when I try this I get an
error message stating the following: Extracting file failed. it is most
likely caused by low memory (low disk space for swapping file) or corrupted
cab file. I have plenty of memory and hard drive space, I used the same
machine to extract the Project 2003 sp2 file and it worked fine. I cannot
extract the Visio SP2 file. I have downloaded this a few times just to make
sure I was receiving the whole file, it is 34.4 MB in size. Any one else ever
have this problem?? My main goal here is I am trying to slipstream SP2 into a
Visio install, but I cannot even get the SP2 file extracted to do so. HELP...
THanks!

Do you have Office Communicator installed? If so then try shutting it down before trying the extract for the Visio SP. Also close all Office Apps at the time of extraction

Office communicator is not installed and there are no apps open on the
machine not any office apps not any apps. Any other suggestions?
