extranet authentication problem

Hi
I installed Project Server 2003 on a SBS server 2003. What I want is to
enable remote users who are not domain users to use project web access using
a project server user/password (through internet).

I added a rule to ISA to forward mydomain.com/projectserver to
internalserver/projectserver site and checked the allow anonymous access so
users can go directly to project web access login page. However, when
visiting the site the explorer asks for a a password and I have to give a
domain password to be able to go to login page.

I tried to put a regular html in the same projectserver folder and it works
so the problem appears to be that project server login page trying to access
another page?

Anyone can help?

Ramez,

Firstly the Project Server is not supported officially on SBS server. Check
this:
http://www.microsoft.com/WindowsServer2003/sbs/techinfo/planning/chartserver.mspx

Have you published MSADC virtual directory on ISA firewall?
Besides ProjectServer virtual directory, MSADC virtual directory should als
be published on ISA. (Check IIS for the presence of MSADC directory)

I hope this would resolve the issue.

Can MS Project 2003 users on the Internet work through this same fix for
Extranet/HTTPS?
