I receive these symptoms with my Microsoft Word (I have
Office XP Standard for Students and Teachers - version
2002:
1.Duplicate EZ-Photo toolbar buttons are added to
Microsoft Word.
2.When you click any of the EZ-Photo toolbar buttons that
are installed by EZ-Photo, one of the following error
messages may appear: Microsoft Word Err=1220, "Word cannot
find or run the application."
3.The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because
of your Macro security settings.
4.When you attempt to quit Word, you may receive a message
asking you to save a file called EZPHOTO.
I know my cause is that the Word add-ins installed by EZ-
Photo version 2.7 (and possibly earlier versions of EZ-
Photo) were designed to work with Microsoft Word for
Windows 95 and earlier from the webpage
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;290933.
My problem is that the site it explains how to fix the
problem for Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Windows NT
4.0, Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me), and
Microsoft Windows 2000, however I have windows XP. I have
been trying to solve my problem using these explainations,
however I am getting stuck at the second part and unsure
if I even completed the first part.
Can anyone help or refer me to someone that might be able
to help. PLEASE!!!
Thank you.
