Macros aren't installed in Office, they're either part of add-ins
installed into the various Office apps or they're part of documents or
templates that you have open. The exact mechanism varies by
application.
Alt+F8 will bring up a dialog that lists the macros in the current
document and lets you choose from other open documents or all open
documents. Or at least it does this in SOME Office apps.
But what it is that you're trying to accomplish? What will having a
list of macros do for you?
Alt-F8 does work. Thanks much.
Trying to accomplish bringing up a list of my macroes that I have with
an F key as I stated in original post that are installed in Office
2007 Word (Which I should have said in original post) such as my
return address or date or ETC that are available to any doc I am
working on in Word.
Right now using the Addins Classic Menu it takes 3 or 4 clicks to get
a list of my macroes. It is almost quicker to type in my return
address then to go thru that. That is why I was wondering if there
was an F key or shortcut to bring up the macroes I have in Office
Word.
