F1 key does not pop up Help in Access XP

I've recently installed Office XP Pro on my PC, and find that the F1 and F2
keys fail to open Access Help and the VB Object Browser. Anyone with an
idea how to restore this functionality?

All databases, or just one? If just one, might you have an AutoKeys macro
defined that remaps those two keys?
