F7 Spell Check

I have one User that the Spell Checker is turned off. I
am not sure how/why it is only hers. Anyway, is there a
way to control this feature and turn it back on? Error
she gets is "Microsoft Access can't start the spell
checker because it isn't installed." We use the basic
instal process when installing Access 97 onto our
machines. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Phill

Phill:

The solution is easy. It was my initial thought just by
reading your subject line.

Grab the Office cd and install the Spell Checker.

You can do this by going to (in windows) Start, Settings,
Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, then choose MS Office
(which ever version was installed on her computer).

Make sure you have placed the cd in her cd drive or a
mapped cd drive her computer can read from.

Go through the install screens and you will see Access.
Go under Access and look for Spell Checker. It will be
toward the bottom of the list of Access items that you
can install.

Best of luck.
