FaceIDs - Converting CommandBars to UIObject

Hi there,

With the help of Graham Wideman's excellent book, I'm converting a custom
menu and toolbar from one based on the CommandBars UI model to the UIObject
model. All going ok apart from my FaceIDs, which were fine for CommandBars,
now don't appear to map to anything.

Is there a method for using my orignal CommandBars FaceIDs in the new
UIObject based menu?

I also wish an automatic way, but there, seems, is noway.
Other than to refer to the VisUIIconDS index tabel in the Visio help.
