Fail to synchronized AD with Enterprise Resource Pool

Dear all,

I`ve been trying to synchronized for a week but only manage to grab 5
resources.Wondering what is the problem.(Using server configuration.)

I did try to import from Microsoft Project 2003 too.But i get an error
stated that the resources is already exist in PWA database.For you guys
info,I manage to export a group of users via AD to Project server already.

What is the difference between the PWA users and those name in Enterprise
Resource Pool?Aren`t the users in PWA is already a resources?Somebody please
help.

I hope you configured AD sync correctly. After AD synchronization check
Application & system logs in windows Event viewer for the presence of any
errors.

The better way is to import resoures from AD to Project (PWA & Resource
Pool), rather than creating them in PWA.

PWA users can access the web application. But they can't be assigned to
tasks by Project / Resource Managers. People in the Resource pool can be
assigned to tasks.
