Failed downloads

For the past two weeks I have been trying to install updates for Outlook 2003
Junk Mail Filter (KB920907) and Security Update for Office 2003 (KB921566).
Each time it 'fails'. When I turn my computer off, there is a flag to say
these two need installing so I click not to install them. Has anyone else
had a problem with these two updates?

I had the exact same problem. An hour and a half on the phone with MS and I
was directed to uninstall Office 2003, reboot, and reinstall. i was
concerned i would lose my emails and other files but they were not changed
or deleted.
