Failed Install and Corrupt Files

I just uninstalled Beta 2 and went to the Microsoft site and got the trial
version of Office 2007 Small Business. I have attempted to install 4
different times, with 4 separate downloads of the two download files. In the
first download, I keep getting an Install Failed message. With the second
download, I get a Corrupt File message. Help!!!
