Failed to connect to Analysis Server - please help.

I receive the following error when building the cube. What format
do I need to use when supplying the Analysis Server Name
(epm.xxx.xxx?). Would this be the server the apps are on or the
server the database is on?

Error: The connection string to repository needs to be specified in
the 9.0 server properties (see <DSO>...</DSO> section in msmdsrv.ini
file from Analysis Services 9.0). Is this something pertaining to
the server the apps/dbase resides on?
